Terms of Service
In force from 1 January 2026.
These Terms set out the rules and conditions for the provision of services by electronic means within the website available at SalonCRM.pl (the "Service"), including the rules for using the software provided in the SaaS (Software as a Service) model. This is an English translation provided for convenience; the Polish version prevails in case of any discrepancy.

§ 1. General provisions and definitions
- The Provider and administrator of the Service is EuroTrade Jan Walczak, registered office at ul. Stanisławowska 47, 54-611 Wrocław, Poland, VAT ID (NIP/VAT-EU): 6671048534, REGON: 527800600, e-mail: info@saloncrm.pl, phone +48 882 648 543 (the "Provider").
- The Terms are made available free of charge through the Service in a form allowing them to be obtained, reproduced and stored, in accordance with the Polish Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of 18 July 2002.
- Definitions:
- Application / Software — the SalonCRM software provided in the SaaS model for managing a beauty-industry salon (calendar, client database, messages, statistics and related features);
- User — an entrepreneur or consumer using the Services under these Terms;
- Account — the User's individual, password-protected panel within the Service;
- Subscription — paid access to the Application in the selected plan and billing period;
- Consumer — a natural person performing a legal act not directly related to their business or professional activity.
§ 2. Type and scope of services
- The Provider supplies, by electronic means, access to the Application in the SaaS model and related services (including Account maintenance, technical support and automatic SMS and e-mail notifications within the scope of the chosen plan).
- The detailed scope of each plan (Start, Salon, Network) is described in the "Pricing" section of the Service and forms an integral part of the agreement.
- The service is provided on a continuous basis, subject to scheduled maintenance and events of force majeure.
§ 3. Conditions of service and technical requirements
- Using the Application requires: a device with Internet access, a current web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an active e-mail address.
- The User must not supply unlawful content or use the Service in a way that disrupts its operation.
§ 4. Conclusion of the agreement, registration and account
- The agreement is concluded upon successful Account registration and acceptance of the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
- The User undertakes to provide accurate data and to keep Account credentials confidential.
- The User is responsible for the actions of persons to whom they grant access to the Account (e.g. salon staff).
§ 5. Trial period, subscription and payments
- The Provider may offer a free trial period (14 days), after which continued use of the Application requires a paid Subscription.
- Prices shown in the Service are in Polish zloty (PLN); whether amounts are net or gross is indicated in the pricing.
- The Subscription is billed in advance, monthly or annually, as chosen by the User. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of access.
- Invoices are issued electronically, to which the User consents.
§ 6. Rights and obligations of the Provider
- The Provider makes every effort to keep the Application running continuously and securely and performs data backups.
- The Provider may carry out technical breaks, of which it will, where possible, give advance notice.
§ 7. Rights and obligations of the User
- The User undertakes to use the Application in accordance with the Terms, applicable law and good practice.
- By entering its clients' data into the Application, the User is the controller of that data under the GDPR and is responsible for having a legal basis for processing, including consents for SMS/e-mail communication.
§ 8. Personal data protection and processing entrustment
- The rules for processing Service users' personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.
- With respect to client data entered by the User, the Provider acts as a processor. Processing is entrusted under a data processing agreement (DPA) concluded in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.
§ 9. Intellectual property and licence
- The Application and all its elements (code, interface, trademarks, graphics) are legally protected and owned by the Provider or third parties.
- The Provider grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Application solely to the extent necessary to use the Services, for the duration of the Subscription.
§ 10. Liability and Service availability
- The Provider is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the Application, force majeure or causes attributable to third parties (e.g. SMS operators, payment providers).
- For Users who are not Consumers, the Provider's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event, excluding lost profits, to the extent permitted by law.
§ 11. Complaints
- Complaints regarding the Services may be submitted to info@saloncrm.pl.
- A complaint should include data identifying the User and a description of the issue. The Provider will consider it within 14 days of receipt.
§ 12. Withdrawal and termination of the agreement
- A Consumer who concluded the agreement at a distance may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Provider has fully performed the service with the Consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement of losing that right.
- The User may cancel the Subscription at any time, effective at the end of the paid billing period.
§ 13. Out-of-court dispute resolution
- A Consumer may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, including the EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
§ 14. Changes to the Terms
- The Provider may amend the Terms for valid reasons (e.g. changes in law or service scope), with at least 14 days' notice via the Service or e-mail.
§ 15. Final provisions
- Matters not covered by the Terms are governed by Polish law.
- If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
